Charles was born and raised in San Francisco, Ca. In 1983 he married his wife Dionne. He and his wife have 3 grown daughters and 2 beautiful grandkids (and another on the way). Charles was a San Francisco Police Officer for 21 years and has been retired for 4 years. He was also the Deputy Director of SFPD Operation Dream (a non-profit program for under-served youth) for 10 years.
In November of 2002 Charles and Dionne opened Front2Back Designs a sole-proprietorship, was a home-based business for six years. In 2008 they moved into a warehouse located at 1076 Horizon Dr #13 in Fairfield. Charles has been very active in the community. His company has been a member of Kiwanis Fairfield for 7 years. He’s been a member of Little Wings Connections for the past 3 years. He presently serves as the Chief Ambassador for the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce and has served 3 terms. He wholeheartedly believes in giving back to his community and they will give back in return.
