Step 1: Heading
The subheading could be in Heading 3 (H3). Content text should be 2 size smaller than the subheading text.
Step 2: Hyperlink
Your content should have not more than 5 hyperlinks and minimum 2 hyperlinks. Make sure to add a hyperlink at the end of your blog to direct the reader to your concerned landing page.
To insert hyperlink —
I. Highlight the text
II. Click on the insert tab on the top of your blog
III. Enter the link in the pop up.
Step 3: Image Context
How to insert image context:
I. Click on the “Add Media” tab above the blank sheet
II. Upload the image
III. Fill in the blank spaces in the rightmost corner of the page.
Step 4: Tags
Include tags relevant to your post and 4–5 secondary tags relevant to your category. The keywords of your blog should be the same as your tags. Do not fill in the anything below Keywords. Leave it as it is.
Examples of secondary tag for Homes: #homedesign #interiordesign #interiordecor #indianhomes #homedecor #homes
Step 5: Category
Select only one category for your blog, if need be may be one more but not more than that, since it blurs the context of your blog. For example: Interiors.
Step 6: Meta Description & SEO Title
Change the description of the blog, if need be. A description is ideally automated but if you see that the context is not much relevant, make an edit. Further, make sure to fill in the SEO title of your blog. A rule of thumb here, your title should not exceed more than 10 words.
Step 7: Focus Keyword
Don’t forget to insert one focus keyword of your blog. The focus keyword should always be only one.
Step 8: Featured Image
Check your featured image and make sure it is not a blurred image. Make sure you know the dimensions before you publish so that it does not get cropped. Ideal size: 500 x 400p. Or, 700 x 400p.
Step 9: Don’t Change Heading
Make sure you don’t keep changing the headings for infinite number of times — does not look professional. Proof-read a hundred times before the main content is published.
Step 10. You’re ready to publish your blog! 😀

Writing is the only way I can make sense of what I think. It’s cathartic. It’s healthy. It’s fun.
