Optimist Club of Solano hosts annual essay competition

The Optimist Club of Solano County is encouraging area students to contemplate the phrase “Optimism Should be a Priority” as part of the Optimist International Essay Contest for 2014-2015. The Optimist Club will judge the local students’ essays, based on the theme of “Optimism Should
