Recently I read a Daily Inspiration post by Terry Minion, where he talked about help. His quote by Cesar Chavez, “You are never strong enough that you don’t need help” made me think about my own work.
As Terry mentions, we are a bunch of multi-taskers. I am. And, that seems to be true now more than ever. I know I do several things at once, even trying to fit more and more into my day. Sometimes I even do things that I should have asked someone else to do!
There are things I just can’t do. There are things I have no desire to learn. There are things where I need some assistance to get them done properly. And, there are some things I can do but it would have been a better idea to have someone else do them instead!
I discovered my time and my quality of life are much better spent doing what I do best. I’ve also learned that asking for help is a good thing.
How about you?
