Curtis Hunt has a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelors Degree in Criminology Corrections from Fresno State University. He has worked in Solano County for 30 years. He worked as a Deputy Probation Officer, Youth and Family Counselor and retired as Community Services Manager in charge of Youth and Family Activities Division.
He last worked as a consultant for Solano County coordinating the city teams for the Master Settlement Agreement. In that capacity he did program evaluation, contract compliance, community coalition building and strategy planning. He is an elected official from the City of Vacaville. He has served as President of the North Bay Division of the California League of Cities witch includes 31 cities and 4 counties. He current serves as a statewide board member for the California League of Cities. He has been a trainer in mandated reporting, parenting and gang suppression. He is committed his life to public service and considers it an honor to be here today.
