At a young age Erina knew that she wanted to work with people. Her passion was in working with diverse populations and using her positivity to help people in their day to day lives. Soon after college she realized that Human Resources was her calling- and found that HR was the perfect career to utilize her strengths and offer her the types of relationships she thrives on. She has a non-traditional approach to HR- making sure that employees view her as an ally and she focuses on being approachable to all levels within the organization.
Today as a Corporate Director of Human Resources, Erina oversees and manages the HR and Payroll functions for Oakmont Management Group, a luxury senior living company with five star communities throughout California. Erina has many years of experience in Human Resources mainly working for various high tech industries including Telecom, Clean Tech, and Medical Device. Originally from Sonoma County, Erina has recently relocated back after living and working in the Silicon Valley for the last few years. Her background consists of an emphasis in Start-up Human Resources Deployment/Development, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Recruitment, Compensation, Performance Management, Coaching, and Benefits.
Erina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Diego State University, and a Master’s in Human Resources and Organization Development from University of San Francisco.
In her spare time Erina loves spending time with her three kids.
