Shandrika Powell

My occupation out of school was as a Firefighter with the California Dept. of Forestery and Fire Protection. After 4 years I was blessed with opportunity to be a “stay at home mother”. In this position I mastered in child rearing and volunteering. As my kids grew into pre-teens I started my own business.
Following my passion I founded Shandrika’s Decorating and Design I have been the owner and Designer for the past 14 years. I have also worked as a Home Stager, fire fighter, Receptionist/Hospitality/Assistant for Bondesk LLC. and as an Executive Assistant for the President of Education Consultants.
Interior Design allows me to assist people in creating beautiful spaces. I get to know each client personally, with a greater understanding of the style that best represents them and their family.
I pride myself in giving all of my clients a timeless look that over time flows through out the entire home. Your space should inspire you to relax, play, and live a healthy and happy life which is always in mind when I design for people.
