Bill Dodd Running for State Senate

Bill Dodd running for State Senate
Bill Dodd was elected in November of 2014 to represent California’s 4th Assembly District, which includes all or portions of Yolo, Napa, Sonoma, Lake, Solano, and Colusa and Counties. He is a 5th generation Californian and lifelong resident of the district and was a small business owner and manager for 25 years before entering public service.
Prior to his election to the Assembly, Bill served on the Napa County Board of Supervisors from 2001 to 2014. While on the Board of Supervisors, Bill also had an active role on numerous boards and commissions, including the Napa County Flood Control District and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission.
Bill Dodd is currently running for State Senate in California’s 3rd Senate District to replace longtime friend and ally Lois Wolk, who is terming out of office. Bill Dodd believes every Californian should have access to a top-quality education, a good wage, and a retirement they can live on. Restoring economic security and opportunity for Middle Class Californians is the focal point in his goal to provide a better future for future generations.
Developing strong partnerships is essential to accomplishing these goals. Bill Dodd has cultivated strong relationships with key figures in the 3rd Senate District and has already received endorsements from US Senator Dianne Feinstein, Congressman Mike Thompson, Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom, State Senator Lois Wolk, Assemblymember Jim Frazier and four County Supervisors and six of seven mayors from Solano County.
thanks
