Kroc Center to host health fair in partnership with Kaiser Permanente and Northbay HealthCare
The Kroc Center in Suisun City located at 586 E. Wigeon Way, Suisun City, CA. will host its 3rd annual Kroc Health Fair in partnership with Kaiser Permanente and NorthBay Healthcare on January 31, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The event will include health vendors and speakers, free medical and dental mobile units, and free flu shots. There will also be activities for the kids such as bounce houses, finger printing, musical entertainment, and craft activities. Admission is free and open to the public.
“The Salvation Army Kroc Center is committed to the Health and Wellness of this community. The health fair is yet another example of that commitment.” said Captain Jonathan Harvey, Salvation Army Solano County Coordinator.
Last year, more than 700 people attended the Kroc Health Fair.
The Kroc Center has 40 spots left for anyone who needs their vision checked for free by VSP this Saturday, January 31, 2015 at their annual Health Fair. The Kroc doesn’t want these spots to go to waste when there are so many in the community that can use this service and may not receive it until it is to late or may not have insurance. Attendees MUST come to the center and pick up their form to register for a time in order to be seen by the doctor. Please spread the word to your friends and family to take advantage of this opportunity. It is a first come first serve basis. The Health Fair will also have free flu shots, free dental and free medical screening during the event.
