I wrote this article for my newsletter in May of 2008. Carroll Foster helped me in a my time of need and I will always appreciate her compassion, her strength and her humble wisdom. God called for her on September 3rd of this month, I am reposting my article in remebrence of her in her most altruistic light. I would like to recognize someone’s very special to me in my circle of friends.
The ladies in Carroll Fosters have hearts of gold. I truly believe these ladies were put on this earth to love and serve unconditionally. Carroll Foster, L.D.A. 007 (Legal Document Assistant) has been a paralegal for the 17 yrs in Solano County. She is one of two in the city of Fairfield that is bonded and insured. Carroll also volunteered for three years at the County Facilitators office for free legal document preparation. Three years!!! Talk about paying it forward, how many people do you know give three years of their time for free?
Also, Carroll Foster still to this day does not charge for domestic violence filings!!! I am telling you God puts these angels on this earth; we just have to find them, or just open our consciousnesses and see them.
Then, there is the spine of the office, Jackie Pratt. Carroll Foster’s office manager/ assistant. Jackie has been Document Prepping for 10 years. She has been a notary with E and O insurance for the past 3 years. Jackie is soo patient and calm, she seamlessly directs the ingoing and outgoing traffic flow of the office with ease and grace. The office specializes in family law, all matters of bankruptcy, including chapter 7, guardianship, (90% of it is to grandparents), some civil cases and unlawful detainers. Their office is located in downtown Fairfield, right next to the courthouse. The ladies at Carroll Fosters are amazing, I have sent many of my clients to them and they all have been really please with their service. God bless you ladies, I love you both!!! Christina Baird
