Kiah Morris was born in Fairfield, California at David Grant Medical Center and was raised in San Francisco, California. She was a very happy outgoing and adventurous kid. During high school, Kiah had a hard time at the beginning as a freshman. She failed both semesters of English and did absolutely nothing the whole year. After struggling to get her grades up, she now has all A’s and B’s and has learned to face her problems and take responsibility.
When Kiah was seven years old, her auntie took her under her wing and has been a huge impact in her life. She turned to her Auntie for advice and has helped her face her problems and struggles during High School. While making up credits, Kiah decided to join The Youth Business Program at the Salvation Army Kroc Center. This program has helped her gain confidence and gave her the opportunity to learn about customer service, communication with others, and how to better help the community.
Her Facebook page called Somethin’ for Nothin’ allows her to see many people network in the Solano County. After high school, her plan is to go to a community college and transfer to UC Davis to major in Biomedical Engineer because she is very good in math. In the future, she wants to see her business grow and help people be a part of their community.
