Garth Hopkins is a very grateful individual who has overcome a very dark, violent and disfunctional lifestyle. His past experience has enabled him to initiate an empathetic “front line”
On-site approach in providing various types much needed assistance, referrals and health information to a multitude of homeless, needy, under served and low income individuals, families and the elderly as well. His future plans may very well become a template that could be very useful and helpful to other communities, cities and states.
