At the heart of our organization’s transformation is a roadmap that brings to bear the importance of board development and fund development and that is our strategic plans. It calls us to serve more children more often and to meet them where they are at. We have steadily road mapped there with the opening of sites at Vaca Pena, the Acacia and the Meadows neighborhood. No doubt it charges us with increasing our revenue and resources yearly in order to increase the amount of youth we serve. Why is this charge so important? We know we are the best at what we do and our outcomes are measurable.
We measure how much our young people are achieving and how effectively our Club Experience is implemented because after all, the kids will only come if they find their time meaningful or is fun at the Club and the more often they come, the better impact we can have. I am happy to share with you our secret formula that help our youth on to a great future at this Thursday’s LWC luncheon!
