As reported in the Vacaville ReporterÂ on September 30, 2013Â and the Fairfield Daily Republic on October 3, 2013 The Vacaville Optimist Club serving all of Solano County is encouraging area students to contemplate the phrase “How Dreams Lead to Success” as part of the Optimist International Essay Contest for 2014.
